Return Policy

In order to return an item and receive a refund, we must receive the item back, in its original condition, within 14 days of confirmed delivery to the address used at checkout. Buyer must also include a receipt/proof of purchase with the item.

Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. Your refund will be for the purchase price of the item returned, minus shipping. Once approved, your refund will be issued via PayPal or Postal Money Order.

Returns on Custom Items are not accepted.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed.

Pre-Orders are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
